Robin Doerschuk, vice President and general manager of Snip Internet, is responsible for sales, operations, employee relations, hiring, implementing policies and procedures, and budgeting at the fiber service provider. She focuses on growth and expansion, overseeing building acquisition, vendor management, construction, marketing, installations, customer support and asset management. She establishes and maintains relationships with key real estate developers and assists with the process from contract close to building go live. Since her start in October 2018, Snip has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation, expanding into the Milwaukee and Columbus markets and acquiring Rocket Fiber Residential Services in Detroit in July of 2020. The team has grown from five to 25.

Prior to joining Snip, Doerschuk was an executive with Alliance Solutions Group. She joined the staffing and recruitment startup immediately following college graduation in 2004 and held multiple roles including director of sales. She was the leading salesperson at Alliance for nine years and in 2011 she became one of five shareholders. She still maintains her equity today in what is now one of the largest staffing firms in the United States.

Doerschuk strives to give back to the community and is the founder of the Women’s Leadership Conference of Northeast Ohio. She has been on the board of directors for Cleveland SHRM for the last 10 years, is an alumnus of Bridge Builders, an initiative of the Cleveland Leadership Center, and has earned numerous awards for her leadership and outreach in the community.

Loyal to her cheerleading background and her alma mater as well, she also created the Kent State Cheerleading Alumni Group, which now has more than 250 active members.
