Adam Moore, group vice president of customer operations for Spectrum Community Solutions, is responsible for customer service, customer experience, product and technology for more than two million Spectrum Community solutions customers. He joined the Spectrum Community Solutions team in 2019 and was first responsible for establishing the dedicated customer service organization, which creates a superior customer experience for property managers and residents. He then launched the Advanced Community WiFi product, which provides properties a scalable solution to deliver the fastest community-wide Wi-Fi and enables residents to self-manage their network and provides property staff visibility and control. He began his tenure with Charter Communications (Spectrum) in 2009 and has held various leadership roles in product management, digital service, customer experience, and customer service throughout his career.
