Samantha Musgrave is the director at Project Waves, a nonprofit internet service provider located in Baltimore. Since May 2020, Project Waves has leveraged a combination of point-to-multipoint technology and fiber-to-MDU deployment to connect more than 650 households to free internet service. Musgrave’s background includes 10 years in a variety of roles at Adoptions Together, a regional nonprofit providing services to families including adoption, guardianship, foster care and kinship care. Through its services and expertise in industry-leading family counseling, adoption, education, therapy and key public-private community partnerships, Adoptions Together focuses on family reunification. She is a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a degree in modern language and linguistics.
