Barney Pullam has been in the real estate industry for 30 years, holding positions with both public REIT’s and private firms. As Inland’s senior vice president of strategic business services, he is responsible for evaluating, recommending and implementing programs that drive revenue and/or reduce expenses through efficiencies in operating processes for the company’s multifamily portfolio. He oversees revenue, ancillary services, energy management, resident screening and collections and telecommunication partnerships. Prior to joining Inland, he was the vice president of business process for Waterton Residential, where he was responsible for the development, implementation and management of strategic goals related to ancillary services, applicant screening/collections, energy management, telecommunications, and procurement.
