John Scrivner

John Scrivner has served for the last three years as VP of broadband lending for Live Oak Bank, a national commercial lending institution offering SBA and conventional loans and irrevocable letters of credit to independent broadband operators. Scrivener previously worked 10 years in the cable television industry (1985 through 1995) before building his own broadband operation, MVN.net, and helping form the WISPA Trade Association, serving as its founding president. He authored and was awarded three broadband grants while at MVN.net (USDA/RUS Community Connect Grant and two State of Illinois broadband grants).
