Andrea M. Taylor, the director of ancillary services at Morgan Properties, is responsible for sourcing, executing and maintaining revenue generating programs across the portfolio while enhancing the overall amenity offering. She oversees the residential telecom strategy and manages the successful execution of the bulk high speed internet program from due diligence, provider selection to negotiation and collaborates with other departments such as implementation, marketing and accounting to bring the projects to fruition. In addition, Taylor leads the smart home initiative to create keyless and efficient spaces for residents by way of organizing the SAAS, hardware installation and ongoing maintenance components. Other initiatives include affinity partnerships, renter’s insurance, parking solutions and more. She has 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry and prior to joining Morgan Properties, she headed up ancillary services at Waterton Residential and Village Green. Taylor holds a B.A. from Michigan State University.
