Richard Taylor has over 30 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry with in-depth knowledge in operations, network design, engineering, routing/switching and fiber-optic transport. He has operational experience with fixed wireless deployments, installations and contract management. He is a dynamic, resourceful leader who helps The Center for Rural Development deliver seamless operations and high quality programs.
