Devin Weaver oversees the Project Waves network as director of engineering. He has seven years of experience working in the cloud, data center, and managed service provider environment, where he initially served in a client-facing support role before moving to a network engineering role. He holds industry certifications such as CCNA and JNCIS, and has made efforts to begin an Internet exchange point in Baltimore. Prior to joining the Project Waves team, Weaver launched the first internet exchange point in Baltimore, and has since coordinated its growth with the Saint Paul Group.
