Evan Feinman is the director of the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program, the primary program deploying broadband created by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. He has previously served in multiple roles within government, on political campaigns, and in the private sector, most recently directing both the Virginia broadband effort and a state economic development agency.
Feinman received his bachelor's degree from UVA, his law degree from Washington and Lee, and has completed multiple public policy fellowships. He lives in Richmond, Va., with his wife, Annalisa Feinman, a Richmond public defender, and his son, Bennett.
