Craig Ferguson, senior vice president of Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), oversees business development and operations of RCRC and its affiliated entities. Ferguson has over 28 years in the areas of investment banking, public finance, mortgage finance and nonprofit management. He has worked with private and governmental organizations advising, structuring, and implementing mechanisms to develop products and programs that benefit local constituents and economies. He joined RCRC and its affiliates in 2007 after serving as national director for the Strategic Markets Division of Citibank. Prior to that, he served as vice president for the Public Finance Division of Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Ferguson holds a B.A. from Sam Houston State University and an MBA from the University of Texas, Dallas.
