With over 20 years of software experience in a variety of industries — including telecommunications, state and local government, banking, and insurance — and a proven track record of delivering above target revenue and profitability, Jeff Fraleigh’s Software-as-a-Service experience has helped ETI define a new strategy and pursue new markets. In addition to managing global revenue growth, he and the team are developing a global partner channel to increase the company’s reach in new markets.

Prior to joining ETI, Fraleigh was the global head of CAST Highlight, a SaaS software division focusing on helping clients with application modernization and cloud migration. During his tenure, he increased Highlight’s revenue by 150% three years in a row. Fraleigh holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut and has recently moved to North Georgia with his wife and two children.
