Jeffrey (“Jeff”) Kok is a recognized thought leader within the real estate industry on educating and expanding the use of technology as a competitive advantage for owners and operators. He has a proven track record of scaling organization to achieve results.

Prior to Aerwave, Kok served as a managing partner and chief innovation and information officer at Mill Creek Residential where he was responsible for building and overseeing innovation, property technology, information technology, cybersecurity, and ESG (environmental, social and governance). He transformed how Mill Creek leveraged technology as a competitive advantage and increased the value of Mill Creek’s communities by driving revenue and cost saving operational efficiencies.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Kok worked for Celanese, a fortune 500 company, in a variety of positions, but most recently as chief information security officer with overall responsibilities for global cybersecurity.

Kok, his wife, and four children currently live in North Houston, Texas. He enjoys time with family, hiking, golf, and hunting.
