Marissa Mitrovich, the vice president of public policy for the Fiber Broadband Association (FBA), leads the association’s federal and state advocacy efforts and advances the association’s agenda on behalf of the nearly 500 members of the fiber broadband ecosystem.
She has more than two decades of experience in governmental affairs and telecommunications and has served as an executive at companies (Frontier Communications and Verizon), associations (Wireless Infrastructure Association and Fiber Broadband Association), and a multiclient firm (The Washington Group). Additionally, she worked as part of the political team for the Obama-Biden presidential campaign in 2008 and is a founding board member and board member emerita of Global Women’s Innovation Network (GlobalWIN).
Mitrovich holds a B.A. in anthropology and sociology from Agnes Scott College and a master’s in political management from the George Washington University.
