Mai Tran represents multifamily residential owners, developers, and managers in various telecommunications and technology-related transactions across the country. In addition to negotiating telecommunications agreements involving Internet, video, telephone, and wireless services, Tran’s practice includes an emphasis on representing clients in a variety of technology and ancillary transactions, including agreements for smart home technology, software licensing, integration and development, electric vehicle charging, package locker systems, laundry facilities, and property management system technology. Prior to joining the Davis Craig team, she was in-house counsel at a national insurance company. Tran is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
