Dean Wolfe is vice president, technology and vendor services for Choice Property Resources, a leading adviser to the multifamily industry. Wolfe joined Choice in 2010 with over 25 years of experience in business management, marketing, and property management. He negotiates and implements national vendor contracts for Choice’s multifamily operators. He stays current with the latest ancillary technologies and trends to discover the right solutions for Choice clients’ properties. He also handles management reporting, analysis, and new staff training. Wolfe holds a B.S. in business from Miami (Ohio) University.
