Letitia Tucker joined UDR Inc. in January 2011 and is responsible for managing partnership strategies and the growth of ancillary services income.
She has more than 17 years of multifamily housing, legal and operations management experience and has facilitated the development, construction and service monitoring of more than $30 billion dollars’ worth of multifamily housing and commercial real estate development.
Previously, Ms. Tucker held management positions at Borden Capital Management Partners, Capmark Financial Group Inc. (formerly GMAC Commercial Holdings) and BBVA Compass Bank.
She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business and finance from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
