Vallée is a telecommunications attorney with the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel, where he has represented utility consumers before administrative utility regulatory bodies, the FCC, and state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He represented Connecticut as the broadband policy coordinator managing the NTIA State Broadband Initiative data collection/mapping and strategic five-year planning grant and helped author a $94 million grant to create an ultra-high-speed fiber network connecting Connecticut’s 169 municipalities. Prior to joining the OCC, Vallée practiced corporate finance law with Hawkins, Delafield & Wood and at Halloran & Sage. He holds a B.A. cum laude in English from Union College and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
