Lynn Follansbee is Vice President, Policy & Advocacy for USTelecom. She provides policy analysis and legal and regulatory support on a range of issues including universal service, privacy, mapping and consumer protection. Lynn represents USTelecom and its members before the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and other federal agencies. Prior to joining USTelecom, she was an attorney-advisor in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission, and prior to that she was an associate at the telecommunications firm of Lukas, LaFuria, Gutierrez & Sachs, Chtd. She received her bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Boston College, and her law degree from the Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
