Casey was named President and CEO in April of 2019. Prior to that, Casey served as Vice President of Engineering for Prince George Electric Cooperative. Casey played an intricate role in managing the innovation and upgrades of PGECs electrical system while also serving as Vice President of Operations of PGEC Enterprises, LLC the fiber to the home broadband service “Ruralband”. Upon Casey’s arrival to the cooperative in 2015, he identified a true need in the community and with Public Private Partnerships transformed an idea of bringing broadband access to the region; into filling the void of access to broadband in a remote region with little or no opportunity for high speed internet.
Logan graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2002 and again in 2008 with a Master of Business Administration. In addition, he is a professional engineer licensed in Virginia and South Carolina.
