Alex Minard leads the high-cost universal service team at the Federal Communications Commission as a Deputy Chief in the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Wireline Competition Bureau. Mr. Minard has held a variety of roles in the Wireline Competition Bureau since joining the Commission in 2005. Mr. Minard is a graduate of William & Mary Law School and Kenyon College.
