Deborah Simpier is the COO and organizer of the Althea network in rural Oregon, Clatskanie Co-op. She has also been active in the Pacific Northwest mesh networking and net neutrality scene for several years. Before Deborah became one of the Co-Founders of Althea, she was also their first users. Deborah also runs a computer repair shop and a farm in Oregon.
