New metro areas targeted for AT&T Fiber include:
- Dayton, Ohio
- Macon, Georgia
- Madison, Wisconsin
- Monterey-Salinas, California
- Savannah, Georgia
- South Bend, Indiana
- Springfield, Missouri
- Western Michigan
AT&T Fiber markets a 1 gigabit connection to more than 4.6 million locations nationwide. In 2017, it plans to have added 2 million locations, with plans to reach at least 12.5 million locations by mid-2019.
