AT&T Launches GigaPower in New Markets

ATLANTA — AT&T launched ultra-fast Internet service to residential and small business customers in several new markets available through U-verse with AT&T GigaPower. The new Internet service gives customers some of the fastest online speeds available anywhere. Customers can download 25 songs in less than 1 second, a TV show in 3 seconds or their favorite HD movie in less than 36 seconds.

U-verse with AT&T GigaPower offers Internet speeds up to 1 gigabit per second. It can improve the experience for customers when connecting to the cloud, doing a videoconference, streaming videos and music, playing online games and more.

GigaPower has launched in the below markets:

• Atlanta Area: Alpharetta, Cartersville, Duluth, East Point and Rome


• Chicago Area: Bolingbrook, Mundelein, Shorewood and Volo


• North Carolina Cities — Clemmons, Garner, Holly Springs and Salisbury


• Nashville Area: Gallatin
