STAMFORD, CT – Cottonwood Residential, a multifamily-focused real estate operating company, managing over 20,000 apartment units in 20 states, is strengthening its commitment to Charter Communications' Spectrum Community Solutions with a new agreement that will bring advanced wireless broadband and video service to over 10,000 individual units within 24 months of Charter Communications completing its combination with Time Warner Cable and acquisition of Bright House Networks.

Driven by a strong customer demand for customized wireless and video solutions, the two companies have agreed to more than double their sales commitment.

“The Spectrum Wi-Fi product provides a great amenity for our apartments. Good internet is vital, and Cottonwood Residential is dedicated to providing the absolute best overall service and value throughout our properties,” said Chad Christensen, president and chairman of Cottonwood Residential.
