HAYS, KS - Eagle Communications, which began in 1946 as a TV and radio broadcaster called KAYS and later evolved into an employee-owned cable company with systems in Kansas and Colorado, has launched fiber-to-the-premises services in Munjor, Kan. The first customers were connected in May and have access to services that include digital TV, HDTV, whole-house DVR, Internet-based apps on the television, high-speed Internet access with speeds up to 100 Mbps, and telephone services.
“Our mission is to work with cities, reinvest dollars, build infrastructure and strive to be the premier partner for the economic revitalization of the communities we serve,” says Travis Kohlrus, director of community relations and product development for Eagle Communications Broadband.
