GYPSUM, CO — FORETHOUGHT.net, an independent broadband service provider in Colorado, announced it has upgraded its fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network in the Town of Gypsum starting in the Buckhorn neighborhood. "By building the FTTH broadband network, we are taking an important step in securing our Colorado community's long-term vitality and sustainability," says Jawaid Bazyar, president of FORETHOUGHT.net.

The FORETHOUGHT.net FTTH network is set to provide residents who opt in with up to 1 gigabit of upload and download speeds. To opt in, residents sign up online at https://FORETHOUGHT.net/gypsum for a deposit of $99 per household and have the option to include data and telephone service on the FORETHOUGHT.net FTTH network.

"FORETHOUGHT.net has ambitious plans to light up entire communities throughout rural Colorado," Bazyar said. "The Town of Gypsum has been great to work with, and we look forward to continued partnership moving forward." FORETHOUGHT.net expects the network to be fully upgraded by mid-fall 2018.
