Giggle Fiber Chooses GLDS' Billing and Provisioning Solutions

CARLSBAD, CA — Great Lakes Data Systems (GLDS), a provider of customer management, billing and provisioning systems for small and medium-sized broadband service providers, announced that Giggle Fiber has entered into a multi-year relationship with GLDS for a broad suite of solutions.

GLDS' WinCable is a platform for delivering billing & service provisioning to small to medium-sized broadband service providers and offers the tools necessary to effectively manage FTTH, VoIP, high-speed Internet and other next-gen services. Giggle Fiber has selected a broad group of GLDS' solutions to deploy double-play services to its footprint of fiber-based services.

Core Tool Set for Billing, Call Center and Operations

Giggle Fiber will use GLDS' WinCable for enterprise billing and subscriber management, SuperController for provisioning of double-play services over FTTH, Service Provisioning Gateway (SPG) for automated voice and data provisioning, CableAnytime(TM) for web-based customer self-care, WinPay for automated payment processing, and more.
