ITS Telecom Deploys Next-Gen OSS Solution From NetBoss

SEBASTIAN, FL - ITS Telecom, a fiber optic-based communications provider for residents and businesses in southern Florida, has deployed the new Acuity service management offering from NetBoss Technologies.

Acuity detects network and service issues affecting end customers and highlights those customers on Google Maps as it accesses billing, customer care and trouble ticketing data to provide ITS staff “anywhere, anytime” access to actionable information on the network and associated services.

ITS Telecom executives and network operations, customer service and field staff are interacting with Acuity using their smartphones and tablet computers, enabling improved efficiency and lower cost of operations as well as revenue protection through improved end-user experience.

Acuity’s goal is to eliminate end-user service outages proactively by automatically detecting, filtering, correlating, troubleshooting and directing staff to the specific residential and business clients whose service is starting to degrade because of network issues, while saving time and money by avoiding costly SLA violations and associated billing credits.
