NASHVILLE, TN – ETI Software Solutions announced that Jackson Energy Authority's FTTH division, EPlus Broadband, has selected its visual analytics platform, Vision360, to strengthen service assurance for its 18,000+ FTTH subscribers.

Integrated Visual Analytics
“When 90 percent of a telecom provider’s data is linked to location, it only makes sense to deploy a spatial solution that integrates traditional data silos in a logical, easy-to-use manner,” said Brad Hine, ETI product manager. “It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the type and amount of data available, but providers need simple ways to turn that data into actionable intelligence that can address business-level issues such as service assurance analysis.”

“Service assurance is our number one priority at JEA,” confirmed Ben Lovins, senior VP, Telecommunications Division, EPlus Broadband. “We will use ETI’s visual analytics platform for a myriad of operational and marketing tasks: to streamline our outside work force, manage network incidents/alarms, better target sales in our market, to simplify our mandatory FCC reports and to accurately map and track our fiber records, for example. And because this is all integrated fully with our ETI service activation and billing platform, we will be able to customize dashboards and 1-click reports, giving our team complete transparency into our system and improving service assurance across the board."

According to Frank Gine, president and COO of ETI, "EPlus Broadband has built one of the nation’s largest and most advanced fiber optic broadband networks over the last 12 years and ETI is proud to have been part of it from day one. We are honored to be their trusted partner, and together we will continue to deploy solutions on the forefront of the FTTH industry.”
