Leviton Enhances Online Tool for Building Fiber Networks

BOTHEL, WA – Leviton, a provider of network infrastructure systems, announced comprehensive improvements to its online configurator, making it quicker and easier to build custom network solutions.

Using the online configuration tool, users can quickly and easily customize a variety of enclosures, copper and fiber cable assemblies, copper patch cords and PDUs to meet their specific network needs. After selecting their options, the tool provides users with a part number for each unique product and specific ordering details.

New features include a visual reference of configured models, customized product notes, CAD drawings, design considerations, detailed descriptions for each attribute value and the ability to export a list of configured projects to Excel. Significant enhancements have also been made to a range of existing features, including new product graphics and specification sheets linked directly to the configured solution. The Leviton site features 24 configurators that address a variety of networking needs.
