MobiTV Launches MobiTV Connect to Take ISP Services Beyond the Set Top Box

MobiTV, a global provider of live and on-demand video delivery solutions, announced the MobiTV Connect Platform, an IP video delivery solution which allows cable operators to significantly upgrade their user experience and utilize the popular connected TV devices and streaming boxes already in a large majority of U.S. homes.

Boasting one of the largest IPTV solutions in the world, MobiTV is enabling Pay TV providers’ to deliver content packages to subscribers without expensive hardware. C Spire, a diversified telecommunications and technology services company, is the first U.S. cable operator to take advantage of this flexible, end-to-end solution.
