CLAREMONT, N.C., – Indoor blown-fiber solutions that meet stringent requirements for riser, plenum and low-smoke performance have been introduced by
Draka Communications Americas.

"Microduct cable and blown-fiber solutions are becoming key elements of last-mile and in-building fiber routes," says Jim Ryan, product manager at Draka Communications. He adds, "These new microduct cable features will make it significantly easier to create drop access points down the cable route."
Draka's ezMICRODUCT and blown-fiber product lines are suitable for indoor, outdoor and enterprise applications. Fiber types include Draka's Enhanced Single-mode fiber, OM2-OM4 multimode fiber and the BendBright family of bend-insensitive fibers.
