HIGH POINT, NC — North State, a North Carolina–based provider of fiber Internet, data and entertainment services, is now offering gigabit Internet service to homes and businesses in the Piedmont Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point). The company plans to expand its gigabit footprint over the next several years.

"By the end of the year, North State plans to offer gigabit speeds to more than 50,000 households and businesses by leveraging a network in which we’ve invested roughly $80 million,” said Royster Tucker III, CEO of North State. “Our goal over the next two to three years is to become the leading solution in the Triad for gigabit-speed fiber Internet and TV service.”

North State's fiber network delivers gigabit Internet and HD directly to the homes and business of the Triad, putting everything customers can imagine at their fingertips the moment they imagine it.
