PLWC Selects ETI's Vision360 Customer Care for Greenfield Fiber Network

ATLANTA, GA — ETI Software Solutions announced that long-time customer, Arkansas’ Paragould Light Water and Cable (PLWC) has selected Vision360 Customer Care to to streamline billing, lower operating costs and provide superior customer service for PLWC’s new fiber broadband customers.

“It’s gratifying to see our long-term partners come to us when they make the investment to build a fiber network and they’re ready to offer new services,” said Frank Gine, CEO, ETI Software. “It points to the soundness of our solution set but also to the strength of our relationships.”

“Back in 2001, ETI began provisioning cable set-tops for us,” said Bart Rowe, IT Manager, PLWC. “We were thrilled to see the maturation of their product line and how it aligns with the evolution of our own business.” Vision360’s order entry, work order management, automated provisioning and device management capabilities will be integrated with PLWC’s existing utility billing system, providing a quick-to-market solution. “We purposefully developed the Customer Care module specifically for operators who wish to leverage their billing and accounting systems to quickly support broadband telecommunication services,” agreed Chris Beisner, vice president, product management, ETI Software.

Going forward, PLWC will be able to add Vision360’s integrated visual data analytics module. Built on best-of-breed Esri mapping technology, it provides predictive and proactive analytics to increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
