Prysmian Group Achieves 100 Million Fiber Miles across North America

LEXINGTON, SC — Prysmian Group, a provider of cables and accessories for voice, video, and data transmission, recently achieved a major milestone with the deployment of 100 million fiber miles across North America. Prysmian Group has manufactured and deployed optical fiber cable across North America for more than 40 years. The 100 million mile mark is a culmination of fiber cable deployed into markets such as carriers, MSO, datacom/enterprise, industrial, utility, long haul, dark fiber and independent telephone companies.
