RidgeGate in Lone Tree Partners with Quantum Fiber to Deliver Gigabit Internet 

The RidgeGate community in Lone Tree, Colorado announced that Shea Homes, the master home builder of the new Lyric at RidgeGate community, has signed an agreement with Quantum Fiber, a Lumen Technologies brand, to construct a state-of-the-art all fiber broadband network to its 1,900 new homes. RidgeGate, Colorado’s first fiber-to-the-home development, continues its position as the leading technology-focused community along the Front Range.

With the Quantum Fiber network in Lyric at RidgeGate all residents will experience the benefits of high-performance, reliable connectivity, including enhanced Wi-Fi, as a standard home amenity to work from home, take online classes, or connect with friends and loved ones — all with unlimited data.

When residents move into their new home in Lyric at RidgeGate, Quantum Fiber’s ultra-fast, reliable internet service will already be included and activated. Each Lyric house will be prewired for home internet and Wi-Fi with internet service to all homes included at a discounted rate through the Lyric homeowners’ association. Residents can upgrade to speeds of up to 940 Mbps symmetrical for super-fast internet and Wi-Fi at an additional cost. Lyric is the next big development milestone for RidgeGate’s eastern expansion.
