NEW YORK — Viamedia, a cable TV ad management company, announced that it has renewed its longstanding agreement with Jackson Energy Authority, under which Viamedia will continue to represent advertising sales throughout the Jackson, Tennessee, market.

Jackson Energy Authority has been at the forefront of residential broadband technology, recently launching residential gigabit service. The company initially deployed fiber to the home in 2003. "Jackson Energy Authority epitomizes the type of valued and locally focused client for whom Viamedia is able to deliver particularly powerful results," said Viamedia CEO Mark Lieberman. "We're excited to renew this excellent partnership."

"Having a partner that understands the needs of a regional broadband provider — and that provider's focus on building relationships with local business customers of all sizes — is crucial," said Ben Lovins, senior vice president, telecommunications division, Jackson Energy Authority. "We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Viamedia as we grow our business, and that of our customers, throughout the region."
