Wabash Telephone Coop Chooses APMAX Middleware

LOUISVILLE, IL – Citing a history of reliability with Innovative Systems products, Jeff Williams, GM and executive vice president of Wabash Telephone Cooperative and Wabash Independent Networks said the decision to choose APMAX for its IPTV middleware made the most sense over the other options. According to Williams, Innovative's Legacy AP platform gave them a major upgrade in voice mail for this South Central Illinois Telco's customers that continues to this day. Williams added, "We just couldn't see past the fact that Innovative has consistently demonstrated a commitment to the independent telco market and that is very important to us."

Williams was also impressed by the fact that many of the Innovative Systems engineers and company principals use the middleware product in their own homes. Williams says, "If they think enough of their product to use it themselves along with their family members, that gives us the confidence that nothing will be overlooked from the customers experience to the ability to quickly resolve any support questions."
