WASHINGTON, D.C.--The Fiber Broadband Association (FBA) announced keynotes for the 2021 Fiber Connect conference, to be held July 25-28, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Fiber Connect offers attendees with new insight into the opportunities that fiber delivers to the entire broadband ecosystem. Attendees will hear from leading executives during the conference keynotes, but also learn from other experts, policy makers, regulators, operators, OEMs and engineering firms during the regular conference sessions while they explore the latest developments, investments and deployment methodology to best deliver ultrafast, low-latency broadband connectivity.

“We are pleased to bring the entire fiber broadband industry together in-person this year to collaborate on ways to move the adoption and deployment of fiber technology forward and into homes and businesses throughout North America,” said Gary Bolton, FBA’s President and CEO. “This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Fiber Broadband Association, and we look forward to welcoming and celebrating with our all-star lineup of keynotes and speakers. This year we’ll dive into the reasons why if it’s not fiber, it’s not broadband and how fiber is the only technology that will support true broadband services.”

The 2021 Fiber Connect keynotes include:

The event will be opened with a welcoming address by U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, and the conference will also feature a fiber success story presentation highlighting Huntsville Utilities successful launch of a fiber broadband network across its city.
