Yes, you’ll need to register for this online event. Follow the link at the top of the page and submit your information. My company is exhibiting. How will it all work?

Exhibitors will receive an information packet about a month before the event with detailed instructions outlining the steps for successfully setting up their virtual booth. Videos, recorded presentations, infographics, data, price lists and certifications that visitors to exhibitors' virtual space can view and download are just some of the ways to optimize the platform's interactive features. Exhibitors can also chat with potential clients, run promotions, competitions and more. And it can all be linked back to your home base.

Will I be able to see who has shown an interest in my products/services?

Yes! And better than coming home with a bunch of business cards, when a visitor to your virtual space shows an interest in your business, you will receive their details digitally for easy follow-up after the live event closes. This data will come from us and will be bespoke per exhibitor.

How will my booth operate during a live event?

To get the most from your experience during the three-day live event, we recommend you have at least one active member of your team online from 10am - 4pm CDT to monitor the live chat facility and connectivity to your social media. For the two months following the event, attendees can purchase products, watch videos, listen to presentations, download catalogues, brochures, COAs and technical specifications as well as read reviews and request further information plus much more.

Can I interact with visitors in real time?

Yes — on live days you will be able to see questions from visitors and respond to them in real time. You may engage in conversations via telephone, messaging, or video conferencing.

How long will the on-demand content be available online after the event concludes?

The on-demand content will be hosted for 2 months following the event. Audiences can listen to the sessions and exhibitors will get added exposure beyond the 3-day main event.

Whom may I speak with about exhibiting or sponsoring?

Please send your enquiry to Irene Prescott, irene@bbcmag.com, or by calling 505-867-3299.

Which browser is best for video streaming?
