Exhibit Fees, Terms and Conditions

The booth rental fee is:

• $6,000 per 10’x10’ premium booth
• $4,500 per 10’x10’ standard booth
• $2,000 per tabletop
• Other non-standard booths are tied to Title Sponsorships.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is due upon application. The remaining 50% is due January 15, 2024. Payment in full is required for all applications filed after January 15, 2024.

Exhibit locations and sponsorships are guaranteed only upon full payment. Make checks payable to BROADBAND PROPERTIES LLC, and mail to:

Booth Rental Includes:

• Basic booth set-up – pipe and drape forming 3ft. high side rails and 8ft. high backdrop.
• Booth identification sign with company name and booth number.
• 1 6ft. black skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 waste paper basket.
• Exhibit hall area is carpeted and aisles will be cleaned nightly.
• Security services (scheduled when exhibit hall is closed each night).
• Complimentary conference registration for two (2) company personnel with one paid 10’x10’ booth.
• Exhibitor recognition listing with booth number on BBC Summit website.

Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7, 2024

Exhibit Move-Out
Thursday, May 9, 2024
